SPNT — Specially Protected Natural TerritoriesThe SPNT (specially protected natural territories) they are: the pieces of land with all the water bodies, the natural complexes, the objects of the state nature reserve stock and airspace over it, with a special policy of protection. In the Republic of Kazakhstan there are great opportunities for developing of the system of the specially protected natural territories, as the main component of the ecological system, that’s providing the preservation and restoration of a biodiversity, the unique and typical landscapes. Under the government control in the range of the SPNT, the protection of the state nature reserves and the natural ecosystems is provided. The using of these territories for the advancement of a science, a culture, an enlightenment, an education, the paid tourism is possible .There is an information availability and a participation of the individual and corporate persons in the problems’ solving in the sphere of the specially protected natural territories, also the international co-operation is realizing. In the sphere of the SPNT, there is a liability for the infringement of the Republic Kazakhstan legislation. In Kazakhstan all specially protected natural territories fall into the category of the republican or local significance, among them there are some types of the SPNT are singled out. The SPNT of the republican significance, they are: state nature reserves; state national parks; state nature reservations; state zoological parks; state botanic gardens; state dendrological parks; state monuments of nature; state wildlife preserves; state conservation areas. The SPNT of the local significance, they are: state regional natural parks; state zoological parks; state botanic gardens; state dendrological parks; state monuments of nature; state wildlife preserves. TheCRS and GIS «Terra», in the sphere of the specially protected natural territories, has a rich experience in development: of the NSS projects (NSS-natural-science substantiation) and of the projects of the technical and economic assessment (TEA) of the formation and enlargement of the SPNT; of the land amelioration and of the functional zoning of the SPNT; of the tourism and recreation, of the formation of the General Plans of development. |
