INTRAECONOMIC HUNTING HUSBANDRY The projects of the intraeconomic hunting husbandry of the hunting grounds, in the territory of the Republic Kazakhstan, are carried out according to the current legislation: the RK Law «About the protection, reproduction and fauna use», The Wood Code and The Water Code of the RK, etc. The projects are based on «The methodical instructions about carrying out of the intraeconomic hunting husbandry in the Republic of Kazakhstan», which were confirmed by the order of the Committee of the wood and hunting economy of the MSH RÊ ¹ 291, from December 27th, 2006. Within the limits of the given projects, the characteristic of a territory, of the natural- climatic conditions, and of the hunting animals of the hunting economy, is given; also the location and the area of the hunting economy are described. The data about the hunting economy organization, and about the past and the present hunting husbandry, are offered. The economic conditions and the basic branches of the economy, in the region of the location of the hunting economy, are described. The role of the hunting economy in the economy of region, and in the conservation of the environmental conditions and fauna, is estimated. The data about the hunting animals on the territory of the hunting economy, the animal numbers, the measures on protection, are resulted. The veterinary- sanitary assessment of the hunting grounds is spent; the realized biotechnical, hunting and operational arrangements are analyzed. The conclusion on the conducting of the hunting economy, in the last revision period, is given. The fundamentals on the organization and management of the hunting economy for the next decade, the principles of organization of the hunting grounds, are developed. The typology of the hunting grounds is spent. The volumes of using of the hunting grounds, the biotechnical and hunting -economical actions, are projected. The numbers of the principal species of the hunting animals, for the revision period, are calculated. The recommendations about the organization of hunting, about carrying out of the operational, biotechnical and hunting -economical actions, the recommendations for fauna protection, are given. The management structure, over the production in the hunting economy, is developed. The offers to the staff list are made, the labour requirements are calculated. The size of the projected expenses, for the conducting of hunting economy, and incomes (based on the integrated indicators) are estimated, and their comparison with the expenses and incomes of the year of the hunting husbandry, is made. The efficiency of the activity of the hunting economy is calculated. The appropriate maps’ material is prepared. |
