The General Plan of the infrastructure development of the SPNT, according to the Republic Kazakhstan Law «About specially protected natural territories», is developed, within the limits of the technical and economic assessment, creation or expansion of the specially protected natural territories, and also for the already existing SPNT.

The General Plan of the infrastructure developmentprovides thedeployment and building of the following constructions:

1–  the capital construction objects, connected with direct activity of the SPNT: cordons, warehouses, fire look-out stations and towers, heliports ,barns, garages and sheds, check points etc.;

2–  the capital construction objects of the touristic  recreational function : campings, hotels, motels, tourist bases, sports and fitness centres ,parking places, objects of public catering, trade centres and other objects of the community services;

3– the seasonal objects : bivouac glades, observation grounds, campgrounds etc.;

4– the engineering networks and communications : pipelines, transmission lines and lines of communication, roads( taking into consideration development of ecological tourism), location of the tourist paths , etc.
